Believe it or not, Zac Efron doesn’t think of himself as a heartthrob. He actually hates that word. Yupp, I’d hate it too! The adoration of fans all around the world can be quite irritating!
I can understand that he probably doesn’t want to be known solely for his handsome looks, but I don’t see him working to lose that six pack or hide those perfect shiny white teeth and that glint in his eyes.
