Adam Sandler’s Grown Ups 2!!!

The young stud has been working on his post-Twilight acting career recently. Unfortunately, his film, Abduction, didn’t do all that well at the box office.

Hopefully, his venture into mainstream comedy will fare better!

With the 5th (and final!!) installment of The Twilight Saga set to open this November, let’s just hope that he can escape the wolf image and branch out into different roles and genres.

As long as it is not Sharkboy and Lavagirl 2, hehe!

No, you weren’t imagining things. Taylor Lautner’s picture did appear on a preview of the January 7th issue of People magazine with the headline “Out & Proud”.

Before you start popping the champagne corks or screaming “I knew it”, sources at People have assured us that the story is a fake. The sidebar is even reported to come from a 2006 issue of the magazine.

These rumours and speculations have been brewing even before Taylor Lautner was spotted out in public with openly-gay director Gus Van Zandt. Lautner shot back with:

“Actors do on occasion have dinners with directors in a non-romantic fashion… You know, to talk business. It’s not a coincidence that there was a writer, a director and an actor at dinner.”

I guess we can fantasize speculate all we want. The final word should come from Taylor Lautner himself.

My reaction is, what the hell?

My question is, why?

Ya, the franchise is popular (still bafflin’ to me) and the stars are household names, but do they really deserve to be immortalized outside the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre for all eternity?

Well, I don’t think so. Nobody’s going to care about Twilight in 5 years. Uhm, it is no Harry Potter!! But it happened Thursday afternoon. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner dipped their hands in wet cement where the prints will remain till the end of time (prolly 2012).

Now when going on a tour of the stars down Hollywood Boulvard, you can check out the Twlight cast among Judy Garland and Frank Sinatra!
