Heidi Montag and her new  husband Spencer Pratt were  spotted in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico  recently wearing those hilarious facemasks around.

Spencer had this to say:
“We’re definitely wearing the facemasks everywhere we go. We’re not playing.  We’re not trying to get pig flu. We’re in isolation, we’re in full hiding. I promise we’ll be alright!”
