Katy Perry called and she wants her future single back!

The X Factor contestant Simone Battle (mentored by Simon Cowell) may have been eliminated last night, but that didn’t stop her from plugging her own new single [He Likes Boys].

Oh yeah, she told the crowd she would be releasing it after the show. And she did!! I don’t hate it, it’s funny. But I don’t think it is going to catapult her to fame!

So, do you like it? Or is it a HELL NO for you?

Alright, so the drama is: Cheryl Cole was a judge chosen for the American version of The X Factor, along with Simon Cowell, and
Paula Abdul.

However! After the first round of auditions, Cheryl has been fired and (allegedly) replaced by Nicole Scherzinger who was originally hired as co-host!

Doesn’t something smell ultra-fishy?

Sources are saying that executives at Fox were worried that American audiences wouldn’t be able to understand Cheryl’s Newcastle accent!

Uhm, yea!!!

Cause we can all understand Paula half the time, right?

The President of the PTC just released the following:
“With AI’s  enormous popularity with family audiences, I hope that Fox will  dismiss the rumors and announce that it has no intention of adding to the show one of the most profane and sexually-explicit performers of the broadcast medium. Yea!”

There  was some speculation this week that  Elton John may replace Simon Cowell on American Idol.  Well, his rep claims it’s  NOT true!

So, there you go!

Despite  rumors that Paula Abdul likely won’t appear on American Idol next season, judge Simon Cowell isn’t  alarmed or concerned  one bit.

Simon recently told Extra the following:
“She’ll be fine. She’ll be on the show. I don’t get a lot of say. I’ve just made it clear that I want Paula on the show for sure.”

She’ll obviously be back!

American Idol judge Simon Cowell told Oprah Winfrey recently that he thinks Adam Lambert will definitely  win this season of American Idol.

He  told Oprah the following:
“My money is on Lambert because the contestant is
fearless, unique and he’s got unbelievable  swagger.”
