Today, comedy legend Betty White turns 90 years old young!

With a career spanning over 65 years, the Oak Park, Illinois native has never been far from the public eye. She is fondly remembered for such roles as Sue Ann Nivens in The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Rose Nyland in The Golden Girls, and Elka Ostrovsky in Hot in Cleveland, now in its third season!

With a hilarious Super Bowl commercial and a successful online campaign to get her to host Saturday Night Live, Betty is certainly enjoying a new-found fame across the generations.

Mickey Rooney (91 years old) continues to entertain, married 8 times and the father of 9 children, Mickey’s most recent work was a cameo appearance in the 2011 film The Muppets.

Huge screen legend Ernest Borgnine is another one that seems to have boundless energy. He is still out there at age 95 (this month). In 2010, Ernest appeared on TV’s Saturday Night Live and in the film Red.

Despite suffering a serious stroke in 1996, Kirk Douglas still manages to keep his fans up to date on his Myspace blog. Yupp, at age 95, he’s the oldest known celebrity blogger!

Katy Perry has been tapped to host Saturday Night Live on December 10th. However, she is not performing, the musical act of the evening will be Swedish pop star, Robyn!

The new flavor, which is based on a Saturday Night Live skit, is now on its way to store shelves across the country, haha!!! Omg!!! Ben & Jerry’s spokesman revealed more info about the flavor —>

“We’ve always been a company that has had a sense of humor. The flavor is made up of vanilla ice cream with a hint of rum and is loaded with fudge covered rum balls and milk chocolate malt balls.

Ok.

Still hard to believe!

But whatever, it will sell, I’m sure of it!

Ex-SNL star Molly Shannon will be  making her Broadway debut as
Marge MacDougall in Promises, Promises next month.  Yeah, cool!

She’ll have an 11 week run.

I’m sure she’ll do a great job, she’s a talented woman!

We all wanted it, and now  we’re getting it.

For those of y’all who don’t know, Betty White‘s set to host SNL  on
May 8th. I’ll be tunin’ in, yes,  I know that for sure. Can’t wait for it!

I hear the SNL cast & crew are loving her. Betty apparently brought them
all  some cheesecake on set  today. Now, that’s cool  of her!  Betty ROCKS!

okay  because tons  of  people have been sayin’ that she sucks live, yea!

I love her music but, she does  have to spice up her performances
a bit.  They’re starting  to get very repetitive and  no one likes  that!
