Did anyone not see this coming?

After some speculation, apparently it is now official.  Russell Brand has filed for divorce from Katy Perry.

Citing irreconcilable differences, Brand filed divorce papers today.

As recently as earlier today however, sources close to the couple had said that they were having problems (they spent Christmas apart sans rings) but that divorce was not a solution.

Add this one to the list of short celebrity marriages. 14 months.

Katy Perry and her husband Russell Brand appeared on Saturday night at the Changes Begin Within benefit in LA!! Looking so cute and more together than ever!

Katy also debuted her shorter, blonder and less pink hairstyle!

Gotta say I miss the dark hair, but this is cute too!

I’ve never really been a Tom Cruise fan, pre or post couch incident. However! I will give props where props are due (um, usually, hah!!).

After months of planning, Rihanna threw her  bestie Katy Perry  a huge
bachelorette party  yesterday in Las Vegas. Aww, how so  nice of RiRi!!

Katy’s due to marry actor Russell Brand later this year.

I pity her!

I’m very  happy for her!

RiRi and Katy  both  relaxed by the pool and then  attended the Cirque
du Soleil show before hitting up a  few clubs.  Hope they had fun. Ya!

Yeah!!  Sources are  saying that Katy Perry‘s begging her  fans to
start a Facebook campaign to get her on the  hit TV  show Glee!

You know, I think she’d be good on it!

her  ugly  lover Russell Brand thinks she’d be a great addition to the cast!

Ok! During an interview on the UK’s Graham Norton Show recently, Katy  Perry  let slip that she may have already married Russell Brand!

Uh huh.  

She said: “Life’s never dull with him, that’s why I married him!”

Before you let your jaw drop in disbelief…

Katy quickly  corrected herself after hearing  the audience gasp!

She  added:  ”That’s why I’m marrying him!”

Suspicious, any thoughts?

new issue. Don’t like it at all. He looks smelly, unkept, and gross!
