Rap superstar Jay-Z  got the biggest shock of his life  when rockers
MGMT  rejected his request to work with them.  Jay really  wanted to team up with the duo to record a track for his latest album, but he admits  that they didn’t seem interested. Yea. All I can say is ouch!
