Actress Emma Roberts is never normally outlandish with her fashion choices, but she definitely opted to wear a bizarre ensemble in West Hollywood two days ago. Only thing I approve of… are her shades!!!

Ha! She  was  seen leaving a hair salon after getting her hair lightened in Beverly Hills.  She received a parking ticket while she was in the salon!!!

Not fun!

Ok, this all went down earlier today, doubt  Emma cared though. She can
always ask Aunt Julia for help, if she  needs the $$$. Which she doesn’t!!

She makes her own dough! And trust me,  lots of it!

Actress Emma Roberts (Julia Roberts’ niece) looked classy in  a Monique Lhuillier Resort 2009 white mini dress  while arriving at the Teen Choice Awards  on Sunday. Her outfit was very Audrey Hepburn. I really love it!
