For some odd reason, people aren’t buying  RiRi’s new album ‘Rated R‘. It’s not  selling  very well  domestically and it also flopped in the United Kingdom where it charted at a lousy #16. I guess people are not  liking
her new dark side. Personally, I am lovin’ it!  I find the album’s a career highlight for her. It’s raw, emotional, and well produced. It’s  fantastic!

I still don’t see this album flopping. It’s too good!

Give it a listen.

I’m sure sales will eventually  pick up!

As you all know, I  adore people with a  ton of ambition.  Nerina de Jager can teach us all  somethin’ when it comes to perseverance. She’s in her mid-30′s  and she’s finally  breaking into the film  &  television  industry. Now..  that’s patience and determination if you ask me. Please  read my interview with the multi-talented South African  beauty below, alrighty!

1. You are the co-host of Canada’s new talk show FMA! It’s a show where fashion, music and art is followed and commented on right?

Yeah, it’s a lifestyle and entertainment show and we get the scoop on red carpet events, films, fashion shows, designers, artists, musicians, anything and everything to do with those categories. It is  really  great!

2. Out of the  3 categories, which is your favorite one to report on?

I love talking to people from all sections of the entertainment industry, but I have  to admit that I have a  massive soft spot for music interviews as I am a singer/songwriter myself. So yea,  it’s a  HUGE passion for me!

3. Being a host you need to be comfortable talking with celebrities.
So like,  have you ever had a star struck moment? I’m very curious!

Never while working. When you do interviews, you know it’s not about you, it’s about giving viewers a better idea of who the person is you’re talkin’ to. That takes off  a lot  of pressure  and gives you more focus in the moment. So  ok!  The only time that I did become star struck was in Paris,  when I met Will Smith in a non-working capacity at a  FUN  movie
opening!!  Had no idea what to say and then I finally  made  some  sound that would make  any self-respectin’ chihuahua jealous.  Embarrassing!

4. Who was the best interview so far?

I really liked chatting with Josh Ramsey from Marianas Trench.

5. When’s FMA going to be on air?

The show begins in January 2010 and will be broadcast over here
and in parts of the United States. Please  make sure you  watch it!!

6. Is it the kind of show you would watch?

Absolutely!! It covers a  really wide variety of topics and apart from getting up close and personal with  individuals in the vast  world of entertainment, we also do the legwork to find the best restaurants
and hangouts, and very  COOL  events happenin’ around Vancouver.

7. I heard a rumor that you were recently discovered here in Vancouver and flown to Los Angeles, taken to the 2009 Emmys and now are being scouted by executives in Los Angeles. Is this true?  I wanna know more!

It’s so  true, and it’s been quite a ride!  I flew to Los Angeles, had a meeting  and was asked to do interviews for the Emmys which was taking place  4 days later. Due to Visa issues I couldn’t do it in the
end, but I went. After the Emmys I was offered  employment. Yeah!

8. What was it like being a part of the Emmys?

One word: Inspirational!

9. How does it compare to attending the Leo Awards?

Well the Leo’s is  presented on a much smaller scale, but I have to say that the organizers do a fantastic job creatin’ a truly glamorous event of high standard! Also, I  had  much  fun doin’ the red carpet interviews.

10. Beautiful dress by the way. Who designed it?

It was Jacqueline Conoir and it was love at first sight!

Tiger Woods was in a car  accident outside his Florida home early this morning. Sources say he’s recovering from bad  facial lacerations. He apparently struck a fire hydrant and then drove into a tree. Um, wow!  

No other information has been released!

Shauna Sand‘s the type of woman who wants to be  very famous  so bad and doesn’t realize she probably  should get an STD-test to make sure she’s clean from all the fucking she’s done to further her career.  Sadly, I’m talking about  her right now. Hah!  It was worth it in the end for her!  

Sources are telling me that she was  Chace Crawford‘s first love when he was unknown and only 18 years old. Oh my  god, he can do better!
